LE CENTRAL: PINTXO

Le Central is one of Montreal's new and trendy food courts. All participating restaurants are known local institutions and the environment is very contemporary, yet welcoming to individuals, families and even friends.

One of the restaurants I've tried is Pintxo, a tapas restaurants that uses fresh ingredients to recreate the Spanish-known dishes. To my surprise, not only were ingredients very fresh, but they were well garnished to bring a flavorful, appetizing look. The 18$ menu (no longer available) was extremely worthy of its cost, and fulfills your hunger and your curiosity (especially if you've never tried Spanish tapas). I'm looking forward to see the many changes in their menu in the coming months!
