COVID-19 PROJECT
During the confinement, many people took advantage of the "free time" to learn new hobbies, perfect some of their skills, or simply enjoy life. I've always liked cooking, and decided to explore new recipes and getting to discover a world that I've never been interested in: pastries, bread and dough.
I had a real pleasure understanding how dough-based products come from a similar base, but with different types of flour comes different textures, consistencies, and taste. I also enjoyed finally learning the recipes of different dishes that I've always wanted to cook, but never had the courage. Succeeding dishes that you've always eaten in restaurants but never made in the comfort of your home is quite an excitement!
I therefore present you some of the cooking pleasures I've had over the months of being isolted. I hope it will bring you a bit of sunshine and maybe motivate you in learning a new skill / hobby?
