When we crave for a brunch, we often think of breakfast restaurants like Cora, Eggspectation, Allô Mon Coco, just to name a few. I, on the contrary, like to discover restaurants out of the ordinary and places where brunch means a LOT of buffet-style food.
For my mom's 60th birthday, we went to Queen Elizabeth Hotel's restaurant, Rosélys, which serves high-gastronomy brunches with many unusual dishes that you don't find in regular ones. To my surprise (and despite of its cost $$$$), the food was quite excellent, and service, very pleasing. If you are willing to pay more for an excellent meal, I'd strongly recommend this place to you. Enjoy!
